Job Description:
In this position you will process orders, research problems and respond to customers needs and requests by: talking with customers on the phone and receiving orders via phone, internet and email; set-up new accounts and maintain existing accounts; make adjustments to customer files and address customer complaints; handle incoming direct calls and "loop" calls; and, interact with sales staff on a regular basis. No cold calling.

You will be updating product specifications, changing prices, organizing images and working directly with the division manager. Showroom Floor Sales
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Division Manager, individuals will offer current and prospective customers assistance and sales advice on ceiling fans, lighting, electrical products and a large selection of home comfort products. Answer incoming customer phone calls, service customer needs and interests effectively and persuasively across communication settings. Secure and place orders for end user as well as contractors. Monitor subsequent filing and delivery; key data from order into computer system; follow-up with customers once the cycle is complete.
The professional we seek will be highly motivated, self-starter with a high school education or GED equivalent, 1+ years of retail/commercial sales experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training is required. The successful candidate will have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages and measurements. Good interpersonal skills a must. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Knowledge of customs, export documentation and/or Caribbean shipping logistics a plus.
